OKLAHOMA CITY — Seven candidates have thrown their names in to run for an open seat in the Oklahoma House representing Tulsa County.
The House District 71 seat is open after Rep. Amanda Swope, D-Tulsa, stepped down prior to session for a position in the Tulsa City Government
